Cottage Lilla Sjöudden
The cottage is modern with a high standard, and on the property
there is a wood-fired sauna located right by the lake,
so you can take a dip in the water immediately after your sauna!
In the area around the house, you’ll find the Grönvik and Hensjönäset nature reserves,
forests, mushrooms, and wildlife.
Located in the small village of Hensmåla, just a few kilometers from Tingsryd,
which offers many shops, restaurants, and cafés.
Within a short distance, you’ll reach the Baltic Sea and charming coastal towns
such as Ronneby, Karlshamn, and Karlskrona. Book now!⬇️

The holiday cottage is newly built to a high standard.
It is the guest cottage situated behind the houseowner’s main house.
The accommodation offers 3 bedrooms. Cot and high chair are available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob/stove, oven, dishwasher,
fridge/freezer, wood-burning kitchen stove, microwave, coffee maker.
Open plan kitchen/living room furnished with sofas and armchairs, dining table and chairs.
TV + Chromecast.
Bathroom with a washing machine, shower and WC.
Lakeviews from the furnished terrace it has also a bbq and lighting. The garden is large
and is partly shared with the owner’s private house (30 m away).
The guest cottage is not overlooked from the main house.
A short walk across the lawn to the sauna! Inside the sauna you have a great lake view,
a few steps down to a dip in the lake!
At the shore of the lake is the boat anchored, the lake offers excellent fishing.

Description
A beautiful house with a fantastic lake view.
The house is modern but cozy at the same time, built in wood with large windows that let in the daylight, from the balcony you can enjoy the view, perhaps with a cup of coffee in the morning or a bbq evening with the family.
On the grounds is a wood-burning sauna, perfect for relaxing
after a long day sightseeing.
It is located right on the lake’s edge, so you can take a dip in the water!
In the nearby vicinity of the house are the nature reserves Grönvik
and nature reserve Hensjönäset situated , forest, wild animals, berries and mushroom right around the corner.
Also hiking trails that wind through the forest, and for those who like to cycle – a cycle path (banvallsleden) that goes through the village and further around the lake and/or to the next villages.
The lake also offers great opportunities for fishing.
You can use the boat and go fishing, catch perch and pike. This is a place for those who love nature and want to enjoy the peace and the lake, while the possibilities for
activities are endless.
