It is the guest cottage situated behind the houseowner’s main house.
The accommodation offers 3 bedrooms. Cot and high chair are available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob/stove, oven, dishwasher,
fridge/freezer, wood-burning kitchen stove, microwave, coffee maker.
Open plan kitchen/living room furnished with sofas and armchairs, dining table and chairs.
TV + Chromecast.
The bathroom is furnished with, a washing machine, shower and WC.
The garden is large and is partly shared with the owner’s private house (30 m away).
The guest cottage is not overlooked from the main house.

Description
A beautiful cottage with a lake view.
The house is modern but cozy at the same time, built in wood with large windows that let in the daylight, from the patio you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a bbq evening with the family.
On the grounds is a wood-burning sauna, perfect for relaxing after a long day sightseeing.
It is located right on the lake’s edge, so you can take a dip in the water!
In the nearby vicinity of the house are the nature reserves Grönvik and nature reserve Hensjönäset situated, also hiking trails that wind through the forest, and for those who like to cycle – a cycle path (banvallsleden) which goes through the village and further around the lake and/or to the next villages. The lake also offers great opportunities for fishing trips in the boat. This is a place for those who love nature and want to enjoy the peace and the lake, while the possibilities for
activities are endless.
