Lower floor
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, oven,
dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee maker.
The spacious room is furnished with a kitchen island, dining table and chairs,
door out to a furnished terrace.
From the hallway with the glass-enclosed veranda do you step into the music room
with a piano and sofa and armchairs placed in front of the fireplace,
further on to the dining room and the living room.
Bathroom with WC
Bedroom with a doublebed and wardrobes.

Upper floor
Here there are three double bedrooms, one of which has a glass-enclosed veranda.
Cot is available.
Bathroom consisting of WC and a bathtub and handheld swower.
The washing machine is placed in the cellar.

The garden is large, perfect for outdoor games, there is even a small gym in a outbuilding.
A boat is available, so take the opportunity to head out onto the lake, explore the surroundings
from the water, or try your luck at fishing! For those who enjoy cycling,
there are excellent opportunities to explore via bike trails
and minor roads winding through the forest.
