The cottage offers 2 bedrooms with a walk-through connection.
One bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed and wardrobes and
the other with 2 single beds. A cot is available.
The living room has armchairs and a sofa in front of a Smart TV,
there is also a large dining table with chairs, a high chair is available.
The bathroom is spacious with WC and shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a eating area, fridge/freezer-compartment,
cooker/oven, microwave, coffee maker and a water kettle.
Location
The location is on a small farm (no longer a working farm) in the Åsnen area,
there is a small garden belonging to the cottage, with a nice view over a meadow,
here deer and elks are usually seen!
On the back of the cottage is a roofed patio with garden furniture and a barbecue.
In addition, the forest invites you to wonderful walks, and the nature also offers
another captivating spectacle – the starry sky!
And if you are lucky, you can see and photograph this phenomenon – the northern lights –
in shades of green, red and purple, which swirl across the night sky from September to April.

Destinations
In the close vicinity is Åsnen National Park and nature reserve Ramnaberg – the highest point in the Åsnen area, with a viewing tower. The national park and several nature reserves are very popular for outdoor activities and bird watching. Visit Husebymaden – a shallow wet land that is visited annually by a large number of bird species.
Lake Åsnen offers excellent fishing and you can rent both boats and a canoes at Torne Camping (8km). Explore the nature from the bike, cycle tracks; – Banvallsleden and Fjordrundan. The nearest lakes are Övden and Åsnen about 5km distance, with nice swimming areas (badplats) Övden, Hulevik and Ulvö.
There are farm shops in the vicinity; Stjärnkrans Handelsbod with sales of locally produced food crafts and Vrankunge Trädgård with lunch and “fika” and plant sales. Food store and petrol station in Lönashult 3km.
Also visit Kyrkö Mosse- Car Cemetery, Huseby Bruk, Växjö City, Linnes Råshult, IKEA Museum and the Kingdom of Crystal (Glasriket).
