The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard, with a hob/oven,
dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker,
table and chairs.
The dining room is furnished with a large table and chairs.
The TV room features a sofa by the open fireplace.
Apple TV, a sound system, a laptop, and a printer available,
along with games for both indoor and outdoor activities.
The bathroom has been newly renovated with a shower cubicle and WC.
There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
A door from the kitchen leads out to a furnished terrace
and further onto an additional furnished sun deck,
equipped with an outdoor kitchen, bbq, and infrared heating!
The plot is large, with a lawn, trees, bushes, lighting,
and with several nice seating areas around,
offering views of nearby pastures and forest.
Hiking and cycling trails, along the lakes Örsjö göl and Örsjösjön,
are in the nearby vicinity.
You can find many activities to do or simply enjoy staying
at the holiday home, with a good book in hand and relax!

Here you will find a traditional “Småland” house,
close to forests, shimmering lakes, and peaceful nature.
The surrounding woods are filled with blueberry bushes,
lingonberries, and mushrooms.Hiking trails wind around the lakes, where you can
listen to birdsong and the wind rustling through the trees.
The lakes invite you to both swimming and fishing.This idyllic holiday home, with its proximity to nature and
well-known attractions, offers the perfect getaway,
right in the heart of the famous Kingdom of Crystal
and the beauty of Småland’s landscape.

Location and destinations
This holiday home is located between Emmaboda and Nybro (15 km).
Svartbäcksmåla activity area (Nybro) offers
year-round activities; exercise track, outdoor gym,
mountain bike trails and skiing during the wintertime.
Hiking trails (500 m from the house) lead you to lake Örsjösjön
and Örsjö göl trails from 5,5-7km long.
At lake Örsjösjön can you fish (fishing licence), swim (badplats),
enjoy an outdoor gym, sauna, here is also the motorboat for rent.
Situated in the heart of the Kingdom of Crystal, here can you visit several glassworks and artists/designers, experience glassblowing,
and purchase world-class glassware.

Meet the elks at Glasriket’s Elk Park or Kosta Elk Park (älgpark)
Other attractions include; Kosta Outlet, Kalmar,
