which offers a serene space for relaxing or enjoying your meals. The garden also have a
boules court and a large lawn suitable for other outdoor games.
At the lakeside is a quaint furnished boathouse and a outdoor campfire, which provide opportunity

door out to a furnished terrace with lake views!
The living room has a large sofa (2 beds) and a Smart TV,
the adjacent room is a playroom for children, where they can play
floorball/hockey and table tennis. One study/bedroom with a double bed.
Bathroom with a bathtub, shower and WC. Next to the bathroom is a
laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upper floor
Here there are three bedrooms and a spacious hall with a “cozy corner”

The holiday home itself is spacious and inviting. Enjoy the sauna, its warmth a welcome contrast after a cool shower.
A small path stretches from the main garden to the lake with a small private sandy beach, offering a peaceful place for morning swims or evenings. Here is a quaint furnished boathouse its doors opening to reveal the lake views, and a great place for eating or just relaxing. You have boat and a canoe ready for explorations across the lake or fishing trips.
Behind the house, a lush forest envelops the property. The cycle/walking path access is directly from the propery. For leisurely afternoons – a boule court sits neatly tucked into the garden, encouraging entertainment. The grounds are expansive yet intimate, designed for both outdoor games and solitude.
Altogether, the holiday home feels like a private world—where days flow effortlessly between water, nature, and home, and invites you to relax and stay a little longer.
