It is the guest cottage of the houseowner’s main house.
The accommodation offers 3 bedrooms.
Cot and high chair are available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob/stove, oven, dishwasher,
fridge/freezer, wood-burning kitchen stove, microwave, coffee maker.
Open plan kitchen/living room furnished with sofas and armchairs,
dining table and chairs.
Bathroom with a washing machine, shower and WC.
Lakeviews from the furnished terrace it has also a bbq and lighting.
The garden is large and is partly shared with the owner’s private house (30 m away).
Short walk across the lawn to the sauna! Inside the sauna you have a
great lake view, a few steps down to a dip in the lake!
At the shore of the lake is the boat anchored, the lake offers excellent fishing.

Description
A beautiful house with a fantastic lake view.
The house is modern but cozy at the same time, built in wood with large windows that let in the daylight, from the balcony you can enjoy the view, perhaps with a cup of coffee in the morning or a bbq evening with the family.
On the grounds is a wood-burning sauna, perfect for relaxing
after a long day sightseeing.
It is located right on the lake’s edge, so you can take a dip in the water!
In the nearby vicinity of the house are the nature reserves Grönvik
and nature reserve Hensjönäset situated , forest, wild animals, berries and mushroom right around the corner.
Also hiking trails that wind through the forest, and for those who like to cycle – a cycle path (banvallsleden) that goes through the village and further around the lake and/or to the next villages.
The lake also offers great opportunities for fishing.
You can use the boat and go fishing, catch perch and pike.This is a place for those who love nature and want to enjoy the peace
and the lake, while the possibilities for activities are endless.

only 5 km from Tingsryd, which has many shops,
restaurants and cafes.
Experience forest walks, there are nature reserves nearby.

Swimming (badplats) in Blötan by Stora Hensjön, with jetties,
barbecue area.
Within a short distance you is the Baltic Sea (Östersjön)
and pleasant coastal towns such as Ronneby, Karlshamn
and Karlskrona.Destinations: Åsnen national park, Elkparks,
The Kingdom of Crystal (Glasriket),
The Glass Factory, Kalmar Castle, Öland, Kosta Outlet,
