The cottage has two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs.
A smaller bed for children only, and a high chair are available.
The kitchen has a good standard and is equipped with:
cooker/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.
Freezer and a washing machine in a separate room.
The living room has a dining table and chairs,
and a door out to a furnished balcony.
Sofas are placed by the fireplace. TV – streaming.
Shower room and WC.
In the garden, is there a cozy outdoor kitchen with a roof,
here you can sit around the fireplace in any weather!
From the garden, a path leads through the beautiful beech forest
to the sea, jetty, boats, swimming and fishing.
At the jetty are also picnic benches and a grill,
enjoy the fantastic sea view!

Location and destinations
A short walk (about 50m) along a path through a beech forest leads to the sea.
Several hiking trails throughout the nature reserves.
Sandy beaches/bathing areas (badplats) are within a few kilometers at
Nytäppet and Kollevik, here also bicycle and sea kayak rentals.
Vägga (recreation/leisure area) has a heated outdoor pool and an indoor pool.
Harbour, fish restaurant and a fishmongers.The nearest city is Karlshamn, which offers a variety of restaurants,
shops and cultural attractions.
There are several tours with archipelago boats departing from both
Matvik and Karlshamn.
More places to visit such as: Eriksberg Safaripark, Laxens Hus (Mörrum),
The Kingdom of Crystal (Glasriket) and Karlskrona (world heritage city).
