Two bedrooms: one has a double bed, and the other has a double bed and a single bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven/stove (3 burners), fridge-freezer,
microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. A small table and two chairs, plus a high chair.
A washing machine is available in the basement.
Bathroom with shower and WC.
Two nicely furnished living rooms with sofas and dining tables. TV (Swedish channels).
Note: Only the ground floor is for rent; the upper floor is not renovated and is not used.
A large garden, perfect for ball games. The boat is moored just a short walk (400 m)
away at the shore of Lake Åsnen, where there is also a barbecue area with benches.

Description
The house near lake Åsnen for fishing and birdwatching it is an idyllic retreat for nature lovers. The lake teems with a variety of fish species. From the boat, can you cast your line and catch your dinner while enjoying the serene scenery.
Next to where the boat is kept, is a well-maintained green area with seating
by the barbecue.
But fishing is not the only activity to enjoy here. The lake is also home to a diverse range of bird species, making it an ideal spot for birdwatching.
Early morning is the best time to see the birds in their natural habitat.
The house itself is a charming and comfortable retreat.
With its spacious rooms and rustic decor, it exudes a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.

About 1 km from the house is the popular swimming place
“Kalvsvik’s badplats” by Åsnen lake, here equipped with jetties, swings
also has a large sandy beach.
The Åsnen-area offers several nature reserves
and the well-known wetland Husebymaden, with many different birds to see.
Kalvsvik vandringsled (hiking trail)
Follow cycle paths such as “Banvallsleden,” “Sydostleden” and “Sverigeleden”.
In the immediate area, many hiking trails, farm shops and cafes.
