The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, oven,
dishwasher, fridge/freezer, airfryer, coffee maker and kettle.
The room has a 180° panoramic view and is furnished
with a large dining table and chairs.
The limestone floors have underfloor heating
and for extra comfort also a wood-burning stove
Music entertainment through Apple Homepods.
The living room is furnished with several sofas
in front of the Chromecast TV.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed.
Bathroom with underfloor heating, shower cabin, WC,
washing machine and a dryer.
From the hall, double doors open out onto a small furnished terrace,
where you can enjoy the sunset!

A traditional farmhouse by the sea, situated alone at the end of the cape.
This holiday home it’s the kind of place that welcomes you
the moment you arrive, inside the house, its quiet,
shells line the windowsills, collected from morning walks.
Windows look out over the sea and the wild landscape.
Staying next door to a nature reserve filled with birds,
a haven for birdwatching.
The sea lies just steps away, walk through the meadows
with wildflowers, the long beach stretches about a km
— soft sand unbroken by footprints.
No roads in sight, just sand dunes and meadows.
Space, light, the sky- especially the stars at night.Days are peaceful here: there are no schedules, no crowds, only nature.
Enjoy reading in the sun, walks along the shoreline,
waves lapping at your ankles.
Evenings are for wine on the porch, watching the sky
turn gold and pink before the stars take over.

Grötlingboholme Nature Reserve
A long beach with white sand and shallow water,
perfect for families with children.
Nearest ICA supermarket in Havdhem 10km,
shops and restaurants in Hemse and Hablingbo 20km,
You can reach Visby after just 1 hour by car and the famous
raukar Holmhällar and “Hoburgsgubben” in 30 minutes.There are many attractions to explore here.
Beautiful coastal roads, rauks, farm shops, restaurants,
harbour taverns, markets, art and design.Cycle lane “Gotlandsleden”, discover the beautiful landscape
on bike or on horseback, there are riding stables nearby.
